- Adding in key gut supporting foods to boost gut bacteria and support your immune system

- Deep dive into your daily lifestyle habits. There may be many that you are unaware of that may be leading to you experiencing micro-stressors. These affect your hormones, hinder your health, and can lead into chronic illnesses

- Look at your relationship with food and implement conscious eating tools to maintain a healthy balance

- Once your cells have the energy to eliminate toxins that are naturally produced or the toxins we are exposed to from the external environment, we’ll explore deep detoxing

- Look at self-limiting beliefs that may be hindering you from achieving your key health and life goals

- Review your plan from month 1 to dial up what is working or substitute anything that you are finding challenging or you feel doesn't work for you.

Month 2
