Coffee Smoothie

Are you always in need of a coffee in the morning but missing out on a nutritious break-fast? This is your perfect kick start to get you energised, but not over stimulated first thing!

INGREDIENTS

1 TBS organic ground coffee un-brewed

1 tbsp peanut butter

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled

1/2 frozen banana (the riper, the sweeter)

1 TSP manuka raw honey, (optional)

half handful of ice

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add more ice if it isn’t thick enough or almond milk if too thick.

Serve immediately.
