Easy Chia Pudding

Great source of fibre, healthy fats and protein to start your day! Prepared the night before, making it a quick grab and go in the morning. Chia seeds are not only rich in nutrients, omega-3 fat, antioxidants, and fibre but also easy to prepare

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon of grounded flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of maca powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut or full fat greek yoghurt
  • Blueberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes for topping

METHOD

Add chia seeds to a jar and cover with cold water, leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

In the morning mix all other ingredients together, apart from the toppings.

Once combined toppings of choice!
