Apples are an incredibly nutritious fruit that are rich in fibre and antioxidants. Lemons are high in vitamin C, fibre, and various beneficial plant compounds
INGREDIENTS
1-2 avocados
1/2-1 whole fresh lemon
2-4 apples
METHOD
In a juicer, add and juice all the apples along with the lemon.
Add the avocados to a blender or processor and add the apple/lemon juice, blitz for approx 20 seconds!
