INGREDIENTS
For the wrap:
nori sheets
Filling:
handful of spinach and/or rocket
1/4 of a cucumber
1/4 of a pepper
1/2 an avocado
Optional:
2 TBS cooked quinoa
25g Organic roasted chicken
extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
salt and pepper
parsley or coriander
METHOD
Combine all desired filling ingredients into a bowl and mix with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste
Layout one nori sheet and add half the filling into the centre. Roll sheet and fold ends to encase the filling
Quantities sufficient for 2 or 3 rolls
