This authentic Mexican chunky salsa recipe is simple to make at home with fresh ingredients. It’s delicious, addictive and has a spicy kick! Add to your green salad, a filler for your jacket potato or in your wrap!
INGREDIENTS
4 tomatoes, deseeded and diced
2/3 cup onion, finely diced
1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
1 serrano pepper or jalapeño, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
METHOD
Once you have prepared all the ingredients, add them to a bowl and thoroughly mix together
Wait 15 minutes to let all the flavours blend together, that’s best. Serve with roasted sweet potato chips, olive oil and enjoy!
