INGREDIENTS
2 cans/200g chickpeas, drained with liquid reserved
150g roasted red peppers,
½ cup tahini
¼ cup chickpea liquid, or more, for a smoother texture
¼ cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
Black and white sesame seeds (to garnish)
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to your blender or processor and secure the lid. Blend on high for 30 seconds and use the. Add more chickpea liquid, if desired, for a smoother consistency.
