Spirulina Juice

Spirulina – a superfood due to its excellent nutritional content and health benefits.

Spirulina has a high protein and vitamin content, making it a great option for vegans and vegetarians. Also with high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to regulate the immune system!

INGREDIENTS

1 serving of fresh spirulina or 1 tsp of spirulina powder

1/2 lemon

2 handfuls of spinach leaves

4 stalks of celery

2 apples

1 small piece of ginger

METHOD

Once your ingredients (preferably organic) are washed, cut them into medium pieces and put them in your blender.
